Even if Uganda did have oil, it would most likely not be enough to interest other countries,like Saudi has. Other countries in Africa are having also having conflicts so if a country went in to help those in Uganda, the people in countries such as Sudan, the DRC and Kenya would be asking why they arent being helped and politicians only want to help themselves so they act like it isnt going on.
