Cheapest would probably be NetMeeting, which you have access to if you have Internet Explorer (try File->New->Internet Call and see what happens). I've used it with PowerPoint presentations, Desktop sharing, etc. Little rough when it comes to scaling the screen, punching through firewalls, etc. but you can't beat the price or availability. After that you can start looking at Webex or LiveMeeting, but then you'll need to start paying.
